1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@stshire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Wrong Sizes
If you receive an item in the wrong size, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for the correct size to be sent to you.
